I was fascinated throughout the entire story with the history of the Jews during this time frame and how wonderfully Ruth Axtell dealt with the idea of leading a Jew to understand Jesus as the Messiah for all - Jews and Gen|From Booklist|Morren's Winter Is Past is a Regency with a bit of a twist: Lady Althea Breton, who doesn't really need to work but wants to do good, hires on as a nurse for the sickly daughter of Simon Agui
